"In 11/05, (post Katrina) -I found their number in the yellow pages and was able to get them to come evaluate my ac units, (which had gone under 18 inches of water during the New Orleans flood). Their technician came out and cleaned my units, and got them working. I had to replace all of the ductwork - but the Trane condensers were still working! Robért's technician and I ate MRE's for lunch that day - as no restaurants or grocery stores were up and running. This technician had suffered great personal losses as well, but he was on the job helping others. I greatly respect Robért's and the technician, for their ability to rebound. Recently, when my upstairs unit stopped cooling, I called them immediately and they were out to repair the problem. Robért's is a great company."
